MAC & CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
3 cups Selection elbow
macaroni
1. Cook macaroni according to package
directions. Add broccoli during the last
3 - 4 minutes, then drain.
4 cups Local broccoli,
cut into florets
2. In a large saucepan melt the butter
and stir in the flour, garlic powder,

onion powder, pepper and salt until
smooth. While stirring, gradually add
in evaporated milk.

3. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until

thickened. Remove from the heat and

ground black pepper
add in 2 cups Selection cheese shreds.
Stir constantly.
4. Place half of the macaroni and
broccoli in a greased 13 x 9 - in. baking
dish. Top with half of the cheese sauce.
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cans Selection
evaporated milk
• 2-1/2 cups Selection
cheese shreds
Repeat layers. Sprinkle with cracker
crumbs and remaining cheese.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 375° until
bubbly for about 20 - 25 minutes.
